Checkpoint Firewall Engineer

• Type of contract: permanent employment / full time employment on CIM
• Duration of contract: undetermined
• Model of working: Hybrid: 3 days / week at Wipro office in Bucharest
• Schedule: standard schedule from Monday to Friday also rotational on-call

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in network security
• At least 4 years experience on Palo Alto firewalls & VPN
• Certification on Palo Alto firewalls
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools. Such as Remedy CA and ServiceNow tools
• Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting remote VPN & site to site VPN issues.
• Should have experience and knowledge in configuration of firewall for site to site and remote VPN features.
• Should be able to handle L1 L2 Level tickets per SLAs.
• Plan and schedule Changes Coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the service improvement programs.
