Are you detail-driven and service-oriented with a passion for operational procurement Join Axpo Services Cluj to support purchasing processes ensure compliance and contribute to strategic procurement goals in a dynamic international setting.

What you will do:

• Support the execution of category strategy and sourcing processes

• Assist with internal demand and supply market analysis

• Manage requisitions orders confirmations GRs/SES and invoices

• Coordinate RfX processes and supplier awarding documentation

• Advise users on procurement tools (S4 Fiori Ariba BC365)

• Maintain procurement systems and report on KPIs

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelors degree or commercial/technical apprenticeship with procurement training

• Experience in operational procurement or purchasing

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Detail-oriented proactive and service-focused mindset

• Familiarity with SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems

• Proficient in English and German

About the team:
Youll be part of a collaborative Shared Service Center team in Cluj working closely with business units and category leaders across Axpo. The environment is fast-paced solution-oriented and open to continuous improvement and digitalization.
