What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the Quality Experience
• Supervise the daily activities of the Appearance Monitoring team ensuring all employees consistently follow company appearance and presentation standards across all shifts and studios.
• Coordinate Operations
• Support scheduling rotations reporting updates and studio operational changes to keep everything running smoothly in a 24/7 environment.
• Drive Team Performance
• Monitor team productivity and report quality while providing coaching support and guidance to help specialists perform at their best.
• Ensure Excellence
• Review tasks maintain reporting accuracy and respond quickly to operational requests through company communication channels.
• Support Continuous Improvement
• Help optimize workflows contribute to process improvements and create efficient monthly schedules and special rotations for the team.
