How will you make an impact

As an AI Security and Resilience Manager you will drive our cyber resilience strategy and secure our emerging AI initiatives. You will bridge the gap between complex technical security and business continuity leading high-impact enterprise security projects from inception to completion and ensuring our defence frameworks are robust enough to withstand modern threats while safely enabling AI-driven innovation.

You will work closely with technology operations finance fraud and commercial teams to manage risks strengthen security practices and deliver cross-functional initiatives that protect the business and its customers.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Cyber resilience: Support cyber resilience initiatives including Business Continuity Planning Disaster Recovery Planning and incident response improvements.
  • Resilience strategy: Support the Cyber Resilience Director in strengthening the organisations cyber resilience posture.
  • Proactive response: Lead and test proactive response strategies so the organisation can anticipate withstand recover from and adapt to adverse cyber events.
  • Data-driven insight: Analyse relevant data sets to recommend improvements to detection and response capabilities.
  • AI enablement: Recommend and champion ways AI can enhance detection and response capabilities and conduct AI security reviews to mitigate high-risk areas.
  • Compliance and audit: Support cyber security compliance audits by providing evidence relating to cyber resilience activities.
  • Simulation planning: Assist with micro-simulation planning for internal incident response and recovery testing.
  • Risk reporting: Report and analyse risks relating to cyber resilience.
  • Vendor management: Assist with implementing procedures relating to external incident response vendors.
  • Threat monitoring: Conduct dark web monitoring reviews to identify emerging threats.

Additional Job Description:

  • 8 years of progressive experience in AI security IT risk management or security programme management.
  • Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of cyber resilience frameworks (NIST ISO 22301 DORA) Zero-Trust architecture and cloud security (AWS Azure AD).
  • Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 for LLMs AI governance frameworks and securing data pipelines.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional security projects from the ground up.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM CRISC or specialist qualifications in cloud/AI security and business continuity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical risk-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent English required.
