We serve original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and independent aftermarket distributors worldwide across the mobility and industrial fields. Our solutions support light and commercial vehicles (on- and off-highway) as well as marine and industrial applications including heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and power generation.

Short Role Presentation:

As Aftermarket Procurement Manager you will represent Global Procurement for the Aftermarket/Thermal GBE and own procurement performance end-to-end from strategy definition through new product introduction and operational support. The role leads a global IAM procurement team and manages a high-complexity environment with broad supplier coverage high product variety and demanding time-to-market expectations.

What youll do:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies across the full lifecycle: supplier panel definition supplier development secure sourcing plans and strong commercial and industrial market coverage for the assigned commodity scope.

Lead procurement execution for NPI and operations by reducing sourcing lead time delivering cost/capex/quality targets owning no-source and red-alert recovery actions driving IAM procurement AOP/STRAP and building team capability and pipeline.

What we need:

Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.

Experience: 7-10 years of progressive experience in a highly competitive international environment with strong exposure to commodity sourcing NPI and team leadership; engineering background preferred.

5-7 years of people managerial experience

Skills: Fluent English strong understanding of product development and end-to-end cost management ability to translate business needs into sourcing actions and proven communication and stakeholder leadership across functions and seniority levels.
