Advanced Test Equipment Engineer (FM)
Job Summary
Responsibility
Develop and maintain test applications in LabVIEW and TestStand
Define and implement test strategies (functional / EOL / validation)
Integrate test equipment (instruments DAQ systems sensors)
Perform hardware and software debugging in test environments
Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Validate and calibrate test systems
Automate test processes and optimize execution time
Collaborate with R&D Quality and Production teams
Create and maintain documentation: test documentation procedures reports
Support new product introduction (NPI) activities
Drive continuous improvement of test processes and cost reduction
Candidate profile
Degree in Electronics Automation Electrical Engineering or similar
Hands-on experience in testing (hardware / embedded / production )
Strong knowledge of NI LabVIEW and NI TestStand
Programming skills (at least one): Python / C / C / C#
Solid understanding of electronics (analog and digital)
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
Experience with measurement equipment: oscilloscope multimeter power supplies logic analyzer
Strong analytical thinking and debugging mindset (root cause analysis)
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation (test procedures reports)
Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and continuously improve
Willingness to step out of comfort zone and work with new technologies
