Admin Quality Claims & Small Stores Specialist

The Claims & Small Stores Specialist will be responsible for investigating transport incidents managing claims and supporting the resolution and recovery of identified losses. The role will report directly to the Quality & Claims Team Leader and will collaborate closely with internal teams drivers carriers clients the Insurance Department and the Legal Department.

Role description:

Analyze daily transport routes and documentation to identify shortages discrepancies and operational incidents
Verify CMR transport documents at loading and unloading stages
Analyze routes and transit times using GPS tracking including stops and route deviations
Investigate transport incidents by collecting statements and relevant information from drivers and carriers
Prepare investigation reports and consolidate relevant evidence including CMRs GPS data statements and photographs
Manage claims monitor their progress and support damage recovery through resolution
Collaborate with clients and internal departments including Insurance and Legal to resolve claims and disputes
Ensure accurate documentation timely status updates and proper closure of resolved claims

Qualifications:

Fluent Greek is essential

Secondary or higher education
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
Good knowledge of MS Office particularly Word and Excel
Good PC and Internet skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
