The Rapaport Group, founded by Martin Rapaport, published the first Rapaport Diamond Price List in 1978 which is today the global benchmark for diamond prices. Today the group activities include publishing the Rapaport Magazine, diamond trading networks, research and marketing services, global rough and polished diamond auctions, diamond certification, quality- control, compliance, shipping, and financial other services.
