We Are Hiring TS Engineer IT Desktop Support Qatar

People Dynamics is hiring an experienced TS Engineer (Technical Support Engineer) for a leading organization in Qatar.

Location: Doha Qatar
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements and individual performance)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Candidate Availability: Must be locally available in Qatar
Working Schedule: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT technical support to end users.
• Install maintain monitor and troubleshoot desktops laptops and IT systems.
• Resolve technical incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance.
• Manage IT tickets escalations and follow-ups in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Diagnose recurring technical issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and ticket status reports.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and incident management skills.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Only candidates currently residing in Qatar will be considered.
