Technical Team Lead – Core System Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the Python/FastAPI Core System.
• Define the system architecture coding standards security controls and integration approach.
• Allocate tasks and supervise the Backend and Frontend Developers.
• Review source code and ensure its quality performance security and maintainability.
• Coordinate system integration with internal and external platforms.
• Support testing deployment data migration and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress resolve technical issues and report implementation risks.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in Python FastAPI REST APIs databases and system integrations.
• Experience leading software development teams and implementing enterprise-level systems.
• Knowledge of secure coding version control testing deployment and DevOps practices.
• Experience in financial banking exchange or remittance systems is preferred.
