Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil and steel structure inspection activities at site.
- Review and approve contractor ITPs method statements inspection records and test certificates.
- Supervise quality audits surveillance inspections and testing activities.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications project procedures and international standards.
- Review NCRs corrective actions and senior-level inspection reports.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in large oil & gas / petrochemical civil works.
- Strong experience in civil construction steel structures foundations roads buildings fireproofing and quality inspection.
- Good knowledge of international codes standards QA/QC systems and ISO requirements.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
