Job Summary
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs cost estimates and BOQs for road and infrastructure projects.
Monitor project costs budgets variations and cash flow to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate contractor claims prepare interim payment certificates and manage contract administration activities.
Conduct quantity measurements and verify executed work in compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to support cost-effective project delivery.
Candidates must have proven experience in roads highways bridges or infrastructure projects with strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices and contracts.
