Job Summary
- ** 2 YEARS CONTRACT - EXTENDABLE DEPENDING ON PROJECT SCOPE) **
- Min 7 years of Experience.
- Bachelor in Engineering or Technology.
- SAP S4 Hana System work experience are preferred.
- Support and Maintenance
- Delivering technical and functional support for existing SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Resolving incidents troubleshooting issues and performing system enhancements based on requirements.
- Ensuring smooth integration with third-party systems middleware and legacy applications to maintain uninterrupted business processes.
- Custom Development
- Developing custom reports interfaces forms and workflows based on business requirements.
- Ensuring all developments adhere to SAP standards and best practices.
- Develop solutions to work on integration with non-sap systems.
- Implementation and Upgrades
- Supporting SAP implementations rollouts and upgrades including data migration and system integration.
- Performing configuration customization and testing for new functionalities.
- Knowledge Transfer
- Providing detailed documentation and knowledge transfer for all deliverables.
- Providing end-user support including training to empower teams to utilize the SAP system effectively and independently.
- Governance and Reporting
- Delivering progress updates timesheets and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) defined in the framework.
