Job Summary
- 5-7 Years of experience in Oil & Gas.
- Bachelors degree from Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiar with industrial fasteners
- Familiar with Quality Tests
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Responsible for quality compliance and adhering to ISO standards and all ISO documentation.
- Inspect all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Measure product dimensions examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Preparation of ITP and Inspection reports.
- Inspection of MTC.
- Control of machine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Coordinate with the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements when required.
