Job Summary
Validate cross-process workflows and end-to-end customer journeys across modules and channels to ensure seamless user experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute end-to-end scenarios across portal case management back office workflows and notifications
- Validate SLA timers routing rules status transitions and audit trail completeness
- Verify integration touchpoints at key journey stages
- Test user workflows from initiation through completion
- Document journey flows and identify process gaps or inefficiencies
