Job Summary
Responsibilities
Commissioning Support: Perform mechanical commissioning tasks on pumps compressors turbines and other rotating equipment.
Installation & Alignment: Assist in installation alignment and testing of mechanical systems and machinery.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults during commissioning and carry out corrective actions.
Testing & Verification: Conduct pressure tests vibration checks and mechanical integrity verification.
Documentation: Record test results prepare commissioning reports and maintain compliance documentation.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to offshore HSE standards Lockout/Tagout procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 35 years of offshore mechanical installation and commissioning experience.
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment hydraulics and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings alignment charts and commissioning procedures.
Familiarity with API ASME and NOC standards.
Mechanical Commissioning Qualification (MDR/Equivalent)
BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
