Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in cars trucks and commercial vehicles.
- Inspect repair and replace batteries alternators starters wiring relays fuses sensors and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot vehicle electrical and electronic systems using diagnostic scanners multimeters and testing equipment.
- Install and repair vehicle accessories including lights horns alarms cameras and electrical control units.
- Diagnose and repair automotive air-conditioning systems.
- Perform AC gas charging refrigerant recovery vacuum testing and leak detection.
- Repair or replace AC compressors condensers evaporators expansion valves blowers hoses and related components.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical and AC systems.
- Read and understand vehicle electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections repairs spare parts and services performed.
- Report major faults required spare parts and additional repair requirements to the supervisor.
- Maintain tools equipment and the workshop area in a safe and organized condition.
Requirements
Duration: 2 Months and Extendable
Required Skills:
Expertise in engine overhaul and repair. Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
