Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze document and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business users plant operations teams and technical teams to deliver effective IT solutions.
- Support enhance and optimize plant-related IT systems including PIMS Honeywell PHD Baker Hughes applications and Asset Management Systems (AMS).
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
- Prepare functional specifications business process documentation workflows and use cases.
- Coordinate with development teams during system design development testing and deployment phases.
- Perform application troubleshooting root cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Support integration activities between operational technology (OT) and enterprise IT systems.
- Develop and review reports dashboards and data analysis solutions to support operational decision-making.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) system validation and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance cybersecurity and change management procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors consultants and internal stakeholders on project implementation and support activities.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst Systems Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working within industrial manufacturing oil & gas petrochemical utilities or plant operations environments.
- Proven experience supporting plant-related IT systems.
