Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering/Science Electronics Engineering or any other appropriately relevant field.
Minimum Experience:
12 years of progressive experience in Oil & Gas domain.
8 years of professional experience in architecture data center and infrastructure services in an enterprise level environment.
3 years in similarly relevant midlevel management role with around the same team capacity and complexity of assigned tasks.
Job Specific Skills:
- Certifications in industry relative standards frameworks and schools of practice.
- Excellent knowledge in maintaining effective working relationships with staff and clients; excellent people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proven success in leading a similarly complex ICT infrastructure within same industry.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and requirements.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends architectures integrations operational security and process computing.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in data center and disaster recovery architecture design and operation.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in hyper converged architecture cloud technologies and virtualization.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in backup and restore operations.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding in telecommunication technologies networking design and product support services.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of leading industry standards frameworks methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in data center architecture disaster recovery design/solutions incountry and out of1country backup cloud solutions.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of infrastructure cost optimization strategies techniques and solutions.
Good knowledge and practice of teams coaching and mentoring
