Job Summary
- Analyze and review all current job descriptions to ensure alignment with the updated organizational structure.
- Draft clear concise job descriptions for new and existing positions focusing on effective role optimization and eliminating overlaps or duplications.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to incorporate changes based on revised strategies and priorities ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Maintain a centralized database of draft and finalized job descriptions and participate in job evaluations and reclassifications as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of job descriptions and apply recognized job evaluation methodologies to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Social Sciences or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience handling strategic Human Resources function such as Job Analyses Job Evaluation etc.
- Comprehensive knowledge in Job Design and Job Descriptions
- Knowledge in using the Hay Job Evaluation Methodology
- Excellent English written and speaking communication skills
