• Support the sales team with quotation preparation order processing and daily coordination activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments (planning logistics finance) to ensure timely execution of orders.

• Follow up on quotations approvals and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate sales records backlog tracking and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies pricing guidelines and documentation requirements.

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the General Manager including preparing reports presentations and follow-ups on key actions.

Role Purpose:

• To ensure efficient sales coordination and administrative support across the business while assisting the General Manager and sales team in driving operational excellence accurate reporting and timely execution of customer requirements.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.

• 35 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.

• Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.

• Experience in Manager assistant preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
