Job Summary
The EDRMS / Laserfiche Functional Specialist is responsible for administering configuring and optimizing the Laserfiche-based EDRMS platform. The role supports Servicesflow design metadata standards and ensures compliance with document management policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain Laserfiche repositories metadata and Servicesflows.
- Design document and records management processes aligned with business needs.
- Support automation of document routing approvals and retention policies.
- Provide training and user support for EDRMS modules and Servicesflows.
- Ensure data integrity performance and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information systems or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Laserfiche or equivalent EDRMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management and Servicesflow automation.
- Experience with Laserfiche SDK and API integrations preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
