Position Overview

In this role you will provide critical communication support between Polish-speaking and English-speaking team members during sprint meetings and knowledge transfer sessions. You will combine your IT systems administration knowledge with language skills to ensure technical information is accurately conveyed across the team.

Responsibilities

• Translate and communicate IT technical concepts from Polish to English during sprint planning meetings
• Support knowledge transfer sessions by ensuring technical information is clearly understood across language barriers
• Assist the IT operations team with system administration tasks and documentation
• Facilitate effective communication between international team members during project discussions
• Contribute to maintaining accurate technical records and meeting notes in English

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in IT systems administration or related IT field
• Fluent Polish to English translation capability with solid IT technical knowledge
• Strong intercultural communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience supporting agile sprint meetings or similar collaborative environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to audiences with varying language backgrounds
• Reliable detail-oriented approach to documentation and communication tasks
