We are looking for an Outside Sales Engineer to manage and develop customer relationships in Western this role you will be responsible for an established customer portfolio while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will spend most of your time in the field building strong relationships and driving sales growth across your region.


In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business development.
Sales activities in the asigned region/territory in order to achieve the assumed sales plans.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and new customers across the assigned region.
Perform regular customer visits (at least three or four days a week) while maintaining strong engagement and visibility.
Provide commercial and technical support to customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional performance.
Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track activities and update opportunities after each visit.
Collaborate with internal teams (customer service engineering factory team) to deliver solutions.
Prepare offers follow up on opportunities and manage the sales process.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
Represent Emerson at trade fairs & industry events


Who You Are:
You are a communicative and customer-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and working closely with people. You are proactive resilient and motivated by achieving targets with a natural curiosity and persistence to identify opportunities and grow your customer base.


For This Role You Will Need:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in the pneumatics or valve segment
Knowledge of the local industrial segment in terms of OEM End User and Integrator companies.
Technical background (mechanical electrical automation or similar)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Polish (mandatory) and minimum of B2 English
Willingness to travel frequently and visit customers 80% of working time spent visiting customers in the assigned region
Valid drivers license.
Knowledge of CRM systems MS Office (especially Excel PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience in technical or industrial sales is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Curious and proactive when it comes to finding new customers and opportunities
Comfortable using Salesforce
