• Fluent Czech or Slovak (minimum B2/C1).
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B digital advertising or campaign optimization.
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Krakow Poland.
