To support its modern workplace strategy the organization is looking for an experienced Modern Endpoint Management Expert to manage and secure thousands of physical and virtual devices using Microsofts latest endpoint management technologies.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional desktop support role.

Our client is looking for a hands-on endpoint management specialist to own the deployment administration security and lifecycle management of a large-scale enterprise workstation environment. Youll play a key role in modernizing endpoint management strengthening security and delivering an exceptional end-user experience across the organization.

What Youll Do

• Manage and administer a large-scale environment of physical and virtual endpoints
• Deploy and maintain Windows operating system images applications patches and configuration profiles
• Manage Microsoft Intune Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft 365 Apps Entra ID and Windows Autopilot
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and deployments
• Troubleshoot endpoint deployment and application issues while collaborating with internal teams and Microsoft support
• Create test package and deploy enterprise applications
• Monitor application lifecycle licensing updates and deployment success
• Enforce endpoint security policies and monitor compliance across the environment
• Recommend and implement platform improvements upgrades and security enhancements
• Produce and maintain technical documentation operational procedures and end-user guides

Who Were Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune SCCM Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Microsoft 365 Apps Entra ID and Windows Autopilot
• Strong expertise in Windows client operating systems and enterprise endpoint management
• Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and endpoint monitoring
• Experience working with ITIL-based change configuration and release management processes
• Solid knowledge of endpoint security best practices and IT security standards
• Excellent troubleshooting analytical and communication skills
• Able to work independently in a structured security-focused environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with 2Pint software and Patch My PC
• Knowledge of Tiering Model infrastructure
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 or other Endpoint Administrator certifications
• Experience managing environments with 1000 endpoints
• Experience with macOS iOS or Android device management using Intune
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel Purview or related Microsoft security solutions
