[MMS] Cloud Engineer (GCPAzure Managed Services)

Project the aim youll have

We are looking for a Google and Azure Cloud Engineer to join our managed services team supporting clients in the day-to-day operation maintenance and optimization of their Google Cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure environments. The scope includes ongoing platform support incident handling monitoring and ensuring the stability and security of cloud infrastructure.

Position how youll contribute

• Monitor maintain and support GCP and Azure environments for managed services clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents and service requests
• Manage cloud resources including Compute Engine Cloud Storage Cloud SQL (GCP) and Azure VMs Azure Storage Azure SQL App Services and Azure Functions
• Configure and maintain networking components: VPC Cloud DNS Private Service Connect (GCP) and Virtual Networks VPN Gateway Azure DNS NSGs Private Endpoints (Azure)
• Ensure security and compliance through IAM Org Policies VPC Service Controls Secret Manager Cloud Audit Logs (GCP) and Azure AD / Entra ID RBAC Azure Policy Defender for Cloud (Azure)
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and Azure DevOps / Cloud Build / GitHub Actions pipelines
• Collaborate with client teams and contribute to documentation and runbooks

Qualifications :

Expectations the experience you need

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure core services
• Good understanding of GCP and Azure networking
• Knowledge of Azure security fundamentals (Entra ID RBAC Azure Policy Key Vault Defender for Cloud) and GCP (IAM Org Policies audit logging Secret Manager)
• Experience with Terraform (required) and Bicep(is a plus) for infrastructure as code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or Cloud Build)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex GCP and Azure infrastructure issues independently
• Good communication skills in English client-facing environment

Additional skills the edge you have

• Experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Experience with GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)
• GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification
• AZ-104 and AZ-305 certification preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management frameworks
