Senior Software QA Engineer I

The project is carried out in the Cards area encompassing critical systems for the banks operations responsible for handling debit and credit cards calculating commissions and fees subscriptions. The initiative is related to the modernization of existing solutions migration of components to the GCP cloud environment and integration of new group systems that take over part of the business logic concerning commissions and fees. 

Main Tasks

Designing and developing automated tests for backend applications.
Verifying business logic related to the calculation of commissions fees and subscriptions.
Creating and maintaining automated test scenarios for card processes.
Testing integrations between internal and group systems.
Analyzing errors and collaborating with development teams to resolve them.
Participating in CI/CD processes and maintaining the central repository of automated tests.
Preparing quality reports and test results.
Collaborating with analysts architects and business teams.

Qualifications :

 Minimum 5 years of experience in automated testing.
Strong knowledge of Java.
Practical experience with Selenium/JUnit.
Experience in testing REST APIs.
Familiarity with tools such as Allure Git and Azure DevOps.
Experience working with Oracle databases.
Experience in banking or financial projects.
Knowledge of microservice architecture.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (Katowice minimum 1 day per week).

Fluent communication skills in English and Polish (minimum B2 level) both written and spoken.
