Machine Learning Engineer

AI Solution Development

• Design and develop agentic systems machine learning models and AI algorithms.

• Lead the implementation of scalable AI products aligned with business and user needs.

• Deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

• Ensure reliability performance and maintainability of AI systems in production.

Data & Model Engineering

• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments.

• Lead data preprocessing ingestion and transformation activities.

• Establish data quality controls and monitor data drift.

• Guide model training evaluation tuning and performance optimization.

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.

• Manage production deployments monitoring versioning and maintenance.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.

• Maintain clear technical documentation.

• Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Research & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

• Experiment with new approaches to improve existing and future solutions.

Qualifications :

Required Skills 

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI and ML systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python.

• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain pydantic-ai strands Agent-ai).

• Solid knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn).

• Experience in NLP computer vision or related AI domains.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred Azure or GCP welcome).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Azure DevOps).

• Polish skills
