About the role

We are looking for a Junior Portfolio Analyst to join our team in this role you will support portfolio strategy work and day-to-day analytics and you will provide hands-on support to our transaction management activities. It is a great opportunity to start your career in real estate in a structured business-critical role with a clear path to develop both analytical and commercial skills.

You will work closely with senior analysts portfolio managersand transaction managers contributing to recurring deliverables as well as ad-hoc projects.

Your responsibilities

• Support portfolio strategy analysis

• Gather and validate data for various projects and initiatives

• Support the team in the development of new tools reports and processes

• Assist in prioritizing and handling urgent requests and data quality initiatives

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

• Assist in the preparation of presentations

• Prepare simple financial models

• Perform medium-complexity analyses primarily financial to support business decisions

• Support transaction management with close-out reports and engagement notes

• Support preparation and review of commission reports

• Provide general transaction and brokerage administrative support.

Our requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Economics Finance or Real Estate

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in data analysis

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and ability to work with simple financial models

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

• Interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn and develop.

Nice to have

• First professional experience (internship or working student) in analytics finance audit consultingor real estate

• Familiarity with transaction support brokerage operationsor commission processes
