Job Summary
Support the delivery of employee engagement initiatives by helping coordinate internal events communications and day-to-day engagement activities. Working closely with colleagues across the business youll help create a positive employee experience through engaging content event support and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist with creating and publishing content for internal communication channels and social media.
- Help coordinate Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives and local campaigns.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events projects and engagement activities.
- Maintain engagement assets including photos videos and communication materials.
- Respond to employee queries and support collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Assist with ordering branded materials and supporting purchasing-related activities.
Qualifications :

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
- Interest in employee engagement communications marketing or events.
- A proactive collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and build positive working relationships.
Additional Information :
For this position the gross base salary starts with PLN 5 883 PLN Gross per month (full-time employment contract) determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria including skillset experience and role responsibilities.
