Job Summary

Baltic Poweris a joint venture between two regional leaders of energy transition Northland Power and ORLEN pioneering Polands offshore wind industry and driving the countrys energy transformation.

We are constructing the very first offshore wind farm in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea. With a planned capacity of 1.1 GW the project will play a key role in strengthening the countrys energy mix and supporting the transition to lower-carbon power generation.
By joining Baltic Power you will contribute to the development and long-term operation of a large-scale renewable energy asset. You will work alongside experienced professionals and international partners to ensure safe efficient and reliable delivery of clean electricity to approximately 1.5 million households. Youll work with the worlds most advanced 15 MW offshore turbines and define the best operational practices for a new branch of Polish industry.

Join the team powering Polands first offshore wind farm

We are looking for anHR Managerto join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) organization to ensure the wind farm performs at its this role you will be at the heart of the organization taking care of all HR topics from daily operations to workforce planning. You will play a key role in shaping a well-structured high-performing and compliant work environment.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Take ownership of the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding through to performance management development and offboarding
  • Support management in shaping HR strategy and workforce planning to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Run day-to-day HR operations including employee queries benefits administration leave management and overall HR support across the organization
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation (contracts role profiles policies) in line with Polish labor law and internal standards
  • Coordinate payroll inputs ensure data accuracy and work closely with external providers to deliver timely and compliant payroll and benefits
  • Manage and align benefits across different types of employment including employees and secondees from shareholder organizations
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with Shareholder HR teams to ensure alignment of HR processes and support for seconded employees
  • Maintain HR systems and employee data ensuring high data quality accurate reporting and GDPR compliance
  • Support managers in employee relations matters including probation reviews performance discussions disciplinary processes and grievance handling
  • Run core HR processes such as performance reviews KPI setting succession planning and employee development
  • Maintain competence matrices (roles certifications training needs) and support training planning aligned with business needs
  • Monitor absence turnover and workforce trends and support return-to-work and retention initiatives
  • Develop update and continuously improve HR policies procedures and tools
  • Produce regular HR reports and dashboards (headcount turnover absenteeism attrition) and keep organizational data up to date
  • Support workforce planning budgeting and organization structure updates (headcount org charts role structures)
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure compliance with working time regulations
  • Contribute to HR and business projects supporting continuous improvement of HR practices

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
  • 3 years of demonstrated HR experience in managing people matters in small to medium organization including hands-on management of full employee lifecycle (recruitment onboarding performance employee relations)
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology HR Management Business Administration
  • Proven experience setting up and managing end-to-end HR processes policies and documentation
  • Strong knowledge of Polish labour law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience in payroll coordination benefits administration and cooperation with external providers
  • Experience with HR reporting and data analysis
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple HR processes
  • Hands-on pragmatic approach with ability to build and improve HR frameworks
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must
