Job Summary

Role Overview

Are you a tech-savvy sales professional with a passion for cloud technology and digital transformation We are seeking a German-Speaking Business Development Representative to join a premier world-class project supporting one of the largest and most influential cloud computing platforms globally.

In this role you will drive outbound growth strategies identify new business opportunities and act as a strategic consultant for companies looking to modernize their infrastructure. Based in the beautiful city of Krakow Poland this position offers the perfect launchpad for a long-term international career in high-tech B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales activities to identify and qualify high-potential business opportunities within the German market.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales pipeline KPI targets.
  • Engage with B2B clients pitch cloud-based solutions and leverage closing techniques to expand the platforms market footprint.
  • Collaborate closely with internal tech teams to provide structured tailored solutions to potential corporate partners.

Requirements & Profile Needed

  • Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in German paired with a strong professional command of English.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of solid B2B sales experience is required.
  • Industry Domain: Proven experience working in SaaS sales IT sales Ad sales (such as Google Ads or Meta Ads) or directly within Cloud/Tech sales.
  • Skills: Strong comfort with outbound hunting activity a proven track record of hitting monthly/quarterly targets and verifiable sales closing experience.
  • Location: Must be ready to relocate to Krakow Poland (remote work from outside the area is not available due to the hybrid work model).

Work Schedule & Hybrid Model

  • Location: Modern state-of-the-art office hub in Krakow Poland.
  • Work Model: A collaborative Hybrid Model consisting of 3 days of office-based work and 2 days of working from home weekly.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible start times between 07:00 AM and 10:00 AM (latest finish at 07:00 PM).

Compensation & Premium Relocation Support

We offer a highly competitive local package designed to support a premium quality of life in Poland:

  • Monthly Gross Salary: 11000 PLN gross per month.
  • Uncapped Quarterly Performance Bonus: 5000 PLN On-target
  • Relocation Package: A dedicated one-time relocation reimbursement of 2600 PLN gross paid directly to you after moving and successfully starting your position with the company.
  • Full initial training provided by the company to ensure you master the cloud product ecosystem and business development methodologies from day one.
