• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B ad campaign optimization.
• Verbal and written proficiency in Czech/Slovak (minimum B2/C1 level).
• Verbal and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Strong goal orientation.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.
• Ability to relocate to the Krakow area Poland.

• Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities.
• Contact existing customers for consultations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals.
• Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide optimal advertising campaign solutions and encourage new marketing strategies.
• Guide clients through the implementation of campaign suggestions.
• Build strong client relationships by optimizing accounts using analytical skills to increase program revenue.
• Stay informed about trends in the technology industry.

• Work Model : Hybrid (3 days from the office 2 days from home weekly)
• Schedule : Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Gross Salary : 9500 PLN gross per month plus a bonus system based on KPIs
• Relocation : Relocation support provided including a 2600 PLN gross reimbursement
