[GBL] Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
Project the aim youll have
Youll be part of a collaborative cross-functional team working on high-impact features that enhance system users experiences. As Technical Project Manager youll ensure smooth day-to-day operations sprint execution and alignment across engineering design QA and leadership. The client is a leading UK-based organization investing in next-generation solutions and building a culture of ownership transparency and continuous improvement.
Position how youll contribute
- Own sprint planning management and execution to ensure delivery is on track and aligned with project goals.
- Write and refine user stories tickets and acceptance criteria in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
- Lead bug triage sessions prioritize technical debt and coordinate timely resolution of production issues.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day coordination between squad members design QA and project leadership.
- Facilitate standups retrospectives sprint reviews and planning sessions to maintain team velocity and morale.
- Track sprint progress identify blockers early and escalate risks to stakeholders with actionable plans.
- Maintain clear documentation of project scope decisions dependencies and timelines.
- Act as the communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders translating requirements and technical constraints.
Qualifications :
Expectations the experience you need
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager Scrum Master or similar role in agile software delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of sprint management backlog grooming and agile ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience writing detailed user stories tickets and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to lead bug triage and prioritize technical work alongside feature delivery.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering design and QA.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.
- Technical awareness to understand engineering discussions risks and dependencies.
Additional skills the edge you have
- Experience in backend or full-stack development environments (TypeScript or similar).
- Background working with distributed systems microservices or event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes DevOps practices and deployment workflows.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup-like environments with fast iteration cycles.
