Engineer

What will you do

You will support the transition and replacement of the Workforce Management SharePoint site by contributing to the ongoing development of ComPass a new Workforce Management and New Joiner this role you will design develop and maintain new features support testing and productionisation and work closely with the team to deliver a scalable high-quality product.

Your tasks

• Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code
• Maintain excellent code quality
• Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solution-based responses to problems
• Support the ongoing development and productionisation solutions

Your skills

• Proficient in C# and its ecosystems
• Strong experience 6 onwards
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with MVC and Web API
• Frontend development experience including HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks or libraries
• Proficient understanding of Git
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Experience writing reusable C# libraries
• Familiarity with design and software architectural patterns
• Understanding of design principles behind scalable applications
• Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Proficient in English

Nice to have

• Experience with React
• Experience with Angular
• Experience supporting greenfield applications
• Experience with SharePoint-related projects
