Senior C++ Engineer (Desktop Applications)

• Develop and maintain high-quality desktop application components using modern C
• Implement scalable multithreading and concurrency solutions
• Analyze identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in complex desktop systems
• Participate in modernization and refactoring of legacy codebases
• Collaborate with architects QA engineers and product teams to deliver stable and efficient solutions
• Contribute to software quality improvements debugging activities and system stability initiatives
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development workflows and accelerate implementation activities
• Participate in technical discussions code reviews and engineering best practices initiatives

Qualifications :

• 5 years of commercial experience in C software development
• Strong expertise in modern C standards including C14/17/20
• Deep understanding of multithreading concurrency debugging and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with desktop application development
• Practical experience with Qt
• Experience working with Make Conan and MSVC
• Experience with CEF integration
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional engineering teams
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English

  Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows
  Experience working in regulated software environments
  Technical degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
  German language skills
