Right now we are looking for a motivated Accounting & Audit Compliance Intern to support the Supply Chain Finance team. This role provides hands-on experience in financial accounting internal controls and audit processes with exposure to both operational and compliance activities.

The intern will work closely with Accounting Controlling and Audit teams to support financial integrity SOX compliance and process standardization contributing to Ecolabs global finance and supply chain operations.

What You Will do:

  • Audit & Compliance Support: assisting in preparation of audit documentation and schedules supporting of SOX controls testing and documentation tracking of audit findings and remediation actions.
  • Accounting & Month-End Activities: supporting month-end close processes and close collaboration with Accounting & Controlling teams.
  • Process Improvement & Digitalization: supporting initiatives to simplify and standardize finance processes as well as contribute to automation and reporting improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: working with various teams - Accounting (ACE Team) and RTR Team in Pune Plant Controlling Logistics / Procurement Finance Audit & Compliance.

What You Will Need:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in: Accounting Finance Business Administration or similar (valid student status at least for the next 6 months).
  • Analytical mindset and a strong interest in accounting audit and compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools as well as exposure to SAP Power BI etc.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive willing to learn and take ownership.
  • Ability to work in a multinational cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability at min. 30 hours per week.
