Job Description
- Responsible for the product quality in whole line or some stages of production line such as stain 1 & 2 washcoat glaze/cowtail sealer 1 & 2 dry brush sealer 1 pad/shade sealer 2 spatter/overall check lacquer final check
- Doing pre-production sample of some products if required
- Trouble shooting level on whole line to ensure the overall quality standards met
- Color matching & Finishing schedule & wet sample preparation
- Complete standard job requirement assigned by direct/next higher manager
- Support the peer to complete the tasks as required
- Communicate with customers line leader and internal reporting line with a proper manner
- Move to work in another production line or stages if required by direct supervisor
- Implement P&DD annually in qualified manner for self as supervisors direction
- Perform all assigned task with responsible attitude
- Other tasks assigned from line manager.
Job Requirement
- Experience at least 4 years in technical service and matching color and finishing schedule
- Communication in English/ Chinese preferred
- Result orientation
- Self-motivation and initiative in working
- Team player good communication skills Problem solving capability
