Job Summary
Position Summary
The Technical Trainer position owns the responsibility of successfully running the training programs for the engineers at ITBD. They will devise technical training programs as per the organizations requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions webinars workshops groups or individually
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
Must-Have Qualifications
- A bachelors or associate degree in computer science information technology or a related field
- 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer training specialist or a similar role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience training L1/L2/L3 Engineers
- Professional technical training certification such as MCT is preferred.
- Excellent verbal written presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technical trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Great communication and interpersonal skill
