We are seeking a technology-savvy and innovative SQL Programmer to join our team. This role is responsible for configuring and optimizing technology solutions ensuring end-to-end quality and supporting operational performance. You will work closely with product teams and technology developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

What Youll Do:

• Translate customer requirements into configurable technical solutions
• Identify enhancement opportunities and collaborate with development teams
• Automate and streamline processes to reduce operational costs
• Ensure adherence to SLAs contractual obligations and compliance standards
• Analyze data and processes to identify improvements and drive business outcomes
• Work with ambiguous or evolving requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Write optimized SQL queries for large-scale HR data processing and comparisons
• Develop and optimize stored procedures and functions
• Perform query tuning indexing and execution plan analysis
• Handle large datasets (.csv .xlsx .txt) efficiently
• Use CTEs and temporary tables for performance optimization
• Integrate SQL processes with VisualCron or similar automation tools

What Were Looking For:

• 3 years of SQL development experience (MSSQL preferred) including automation tools
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) including stored procedures and query optimization
• Experience with large-scale data processing and performance tuning
• Familiarity with VisualCron or similar task scheduling tools (preferred)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Creative and structured approach to technical problem-solving
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to manage workload and handle multiple complex projects with competing priorities
• Strong focus on delivering results
• Prior experience with HR data processing or staffing-related projects is a plus
