Position Responsibilities:
Process trades corporate actions and cash/stock transactions accurately and within established service level agreements
Verify entitlements and corporate action details with custodian banks to ensure proper execution and settlement
Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks trade exceptions and operational discrepancies in a timely manner
Collaborate with fund managers custodians proxy vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operational support
Submit and validate client instructions while ensuring acceptance and execution by custodian banks
Prepare and deliver periodic reports to internal business partners and external clients as required
Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to established operational controls and procedures
Identify process gaps and contribute to automation efficiency initiatives and control enhancements
Support team development through knowledge sharing cross-training and mentorship of junior associates
Stay informed on market trends securities industry developments and operational best practices
Required Qualifications:
35 years of experience in investment operations asset servicing trade settlements reconciliations onboarding static data management or related functions
35 years of experience utilizing business intelligence workflow automation data visualization or related analytical tools
Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration Computer Science Data Analytics Information Technology or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of investment products securities processing and operational controls Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and process improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in global investment operations or financial services environments
Knowledge of corporate actions proxy voting asset servicing and trade life cycle processes
Exposure to workflow automation process optimization or digital transformation initiatives
Basic knowledge of database management concepts and SQL queries
Strong stakeholder management communication and collaboration skills across global teams
Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for operational excellence and innovation
