Roles and Responsibilities:
Security Monitoring & Incident Response
Monitor security alerts using SIEM tools like ELK and other standard industry tools.
Analyze and investigate security incidents and anomalies and prepare a details SOP documents on day-to-day basis for all new incidents.
Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis and prepare RCA for any P1 issues.
Coordinate with SOC and IT teams during incidents and participate in SOC/WAR meetings
Analyze logs from firewalls IDS/IPS endpoint systems
Identify emerging threats and attack patterns
Perform threat hunting and intelligence analysis
