Job Summary
The Print Quality Associate is responsible for resolving post-print customer concerns processing replacement orders and investigating issues to identify root causes. This role ensures products meet quality standards and helps deliver excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with customers via email to help resolve post-print issues and handle replacement orders for customers who have encountered issues with their original orders.
- Investigate and document the root causes of these replacement orders thoroughly and troubleshoot technical design and print errors.
- Improve the overall customer experience for customers who have received less-than-perfect products.
Qualifications :
- Must have excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Works well in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to switch between tasks as needed.
- Willing to work night shifts weekends and holidays as required.
- Must be open to project-based employment and able to commit to a minimum period of three (3) months.
- Amenable to working onsite.
- Fresh graduates and undergraduate applicants are welcome to apply.
- Must NOT be an active student.
