Lead end-to-end project execution from initiation to closure.
Develop and maintain project schedules timelines and milestone trackers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
Manage CAPEX projects including equipment installation and facility expansion.
Drive new product transfer (NPI/NPT) projects into manufacturing operations.
Monitor project budgets risks issues and mitigation actions.
Prepare executive project status reports dashboards and presentations
Coordinate suppliers contractors and external stakeholders for project activities
Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives within projects.
Ensure proper project documentation governance compliance and action-item follow-up.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in engineering Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Business Management or related field.
PMP Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification or Project Management training is an advantage.
Minimum 35 years of experience in Project Management Manufacturing Engineering Operations or related field.
Skills
Fast-paced environment requiring strong multitasking prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination capability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling risk management and budget control.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive timelines.
Knowledge in Continuous Improvement Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence principles is an advantage.
