You will be the air traffic controller for a busy team ensuring that every electrical fire and safety service is scheduled tracked and closed out with precision.

What Youll Be Owning

This is a senior-level coordination role where you own the lifecycle of a jobfrom scheduling to portal compliance. Youll take the lead on:

  • AroFlo Job Management: Leading job creation via optimized schedule extracts ensuring high-level data integrity within the system.
  • Schedule & Dispatch Coordination: Managing the calendars for field technicians to ensure maximum coverage and zero missed appointments.
  • Dynamic Prioritization: Amending your workflow throughout the day based on incoming client calls or shifting departmental needs.
  • Client Communication & Inquiry: Responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues professionally across email phone and chat.
  • Portal Management: Documenting and tracking job completions and ensuring specific client portals are updated in real-time.
  • Operational Support: Participating in daily huddles to address priorities and providing ad-hoc support such as report generation.


Requirements

  • Have 35 Years of Experience: Specifically within a trade maintenance or service industry environment.

  • Are Detail-Obsessed: You hate loose ends and have a natural urge to document and track everything.

  • Communicate with Authority: You can hold your own in professional conversations with Australian business owners and technicians.

  • Are Tech-Savvy: You pick up new software quickly and are proficient in Microsoft 365.

  • Have a Backbone: You are comfortable following up firmly with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed.

  • Are Reliable: You are ready to start your day at 5:30 AM PHT and have a stable home-office setup.

Bonus Points If You

  • Have experience in the building services construction or maintenance industry.

  • Have worked with Australian clients previously and understand the local culture/slang.

  • Have experience using Field Service Management software (e.g. Simpro AroFlo or ServiceM8 Tradify).

Tools Youll Use

  • Field Service Management (FSM) Software

  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams Excel)

  • MS Teams (Internal communication)

  • Go to (external communication; phone system)

Hours Pay and Stability

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 4:30 PM TAS (5:30 AM 1:30 PM PHT).

  • Salary: Phpfixed monthly rate (based on experience).

  • Stability: Long-term permanent role with a established company looking to expand their PH team.

What Success Looks Like After 6090 days:

  • Field technicians are arriving at sites with all necessary information and zero scheduling conflicts.
  • The backlog of administrative service reports is cleared and kept up-to-date daily.
  • Clients recognize you as the go-to person for status updates on their building services.
  • The AU management team feels a significant weight off their shoulders regarding day-to-day coordination.
