The Manager Consulting Expert takes responsibility for being accountable for bids and opportunities in End-User Services by driving business development activities and ensuring process compliance with CGIs Business Engineering Management Framework.

. The overall solution of major bids.
. The standardization of tools and offerings.
. Building knowledge repository for all bids: tools best practices and case studies to be used for bids.
. Improving efficiency in bid work.
. Writing effective proposals.
. Working collaboratively with different BUs in building a winning solution.
. Expanding the Solution Architect expertise within the business unit.
. Contributing to the Expert Enablement program of APAC strategic business unit.
. Supporting the Delivery Directors on the sales-to-delivery hand-off and transition.
. Contributing to the Communities of Practice within APAC (ie Customer Experience Intelligent Automation etc).
. Expanding the visibility of CGI Philippines by active participation in local industry forums (ITBPAP CCAP Nordcham etc).
. Own and drive a strong pipeline of new business across both existing and prospective accounts
Requirements
. 5 years of experience managing Profit & Loss within a consulting organization with a focus on both sales and delivery
. Proven track record in strategic sales planning pipeline development and closing complex IT consulting deals
. Ability to challenge client assumptions drive innovative solutions and position CGI as a market leader
. Strong understanding of public sector challenges procurement processes and digital transformation trends
. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level Ability to travel as needed
. BEMF Training
. Bid experience working large bids
. Service Desk experience preferred
