Job Summary

Contact inbound leads from Home Depot Costco website inquiries and other marketing channels
Qualify customer needs and schedule appointments for in-home consultations and showroom visits
Follow up with customers after proposals or bids have been provided
Prepare and manage custom quote requests
Build relationships with builders and contractors to generate new leads and partnerships
Maintain accurate customer records and updates in the CRM system
Provide excellent customer service and timely communication

Requirements

Previous experience in sales appointment setting lead generation or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound and follow-up calls
Organized detail-oriented and goal-driven
Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
