Specialist I Sales Order Management

In this capacity you will act as an interface between sales offices representatives and factories to manage sales orders efficiently. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role you will:

• Check the order documents for completeness.
• Enter data orders and items into the Business System for all orders from different customers and send customer order acknowledgments.
• Generate purchase requisitions and orders.
• Validate and calculate pricing using system tools; enter and update data or purchase orders in the system.
• Check with the accurate factory to place the item ordered.
• Provide a shipment list and shipment confirmation to customers.
• Identify issues that need customer concerns.

For this role you will need:

• Bachelors degree in any 4-year course.
• 1.5 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service Sales Order Administration Shipment Purchase Order placing and invoicing.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Salesforce and Oracle experiences are a plus.
