Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) Operator to manage CRM operations for Fitness Coaching business. This is not a technical build role the primary responsibility is to execute day-to-day pipeline management and lead outreach allowing leadership to focus on high-level strategy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update prospects through the GHL pipeline
Add detailed accurate notes to all prospect records
Book and coordinate calendar appointments; assign closers as required
Execute first-contact outreach for new leads via phone and direct messaging
Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure timely follow-up at each stage
Required Profile
Proven experience operating within GoHighLevel (CRM operations not backend builds)
Solid understanding of sales pipelines and the full sales journey
Strong communication skills for lead outreach (phone and DM)
Highly organised detail-oriented and self-directed
Trainable on internal processes; foundational GHL knowledge is non-negotiable
